Where should I even start?! My girlfriend and I were in the market for our first home. Initially we started off looking at new build homes on our own. We would scour the internet and home sales websites looking at prices, areas, details ect. We even went as far as to speak with a lender and negotiate our lending rate. We were constantly looking up definitions, legal requirements, documents and what they meant or were needed for. The entire process was stressful to the MAX, not to mention we were discouraged in our home buying process, leading us to believe we would never own our first home. Enter Chanell. Chanell was recommended to us through a close family friend that lived in the city we were looking to purchase our first home in. Soon after meeting Chanell the first thing we thought was How the heck did we even think we could do this by ourselves?!. From the communication, to thoughtfulness, attention to our needs and wants for a home, Chanell was with us every single step of the way, day, or night willing to take our calls, texts, and meetings to ensure we were making the right decision and were confident with the process. Right from get go, we could tell Chanell was not just Another realtor showing us houses that were out of our budget or did not meet what we were looking for. She took the time to truly understand us and where we were coming from in the home buying process. Not only did Chanell demonstrate patience and understanding but also transparency, she never tried to upsell, downplay or beat around the bush on what the process was going to entail or concerns we might have as we moved forward. We felt very comfortable throughout the process, never rushed, or pressured, it truly felt like we had made a friend that we could rely on for a lifetime. After we closed on our home, Chanell is and has remained in close contact with us, checking in to see how we are doing and if we are enjoying our first home. I cannot recommend her enough, whether you are looking to purchase your first home, sell your existing home or even just get an honest answer about housing questions or the process. It was comforting knowing Chanell took a vested interest in us as home buyers. If you want honesty and to be valued, heard, and treated like family, you wont hesitate to give Chanell a call.

Working with Chanell made the daunting and potentially difficult task of purchasing a home across the country, as simple as possible with her top-notch communication skills and knowledge of the local area and real estate market. We were visiting the area to check it out before determining to make the cross country move, part of what we wanted to explore and understand was the real estate market, leaving us in need of an agent. Luckily, we found Chanell through a google search and her multiple, positive reviews said it all, we set up a meeting with her and she spent a good portion of her Sunday meeting with us to help us better understand the area, what we would be looking for in a home and explaining the processes and procedures affecting California real estate that we previously would not have encountered when purchasing in the Midwest. She exhibited extreme patience with us while we made the decision to move and worked to sell our current home before beginning the buying process and never once made us feel like she was pushing or rushing us, nor did she ignore us or put us on the back burner. Chanell went above and beyond by checking in weekly to follow up and share details she had on any new listings; it was clear that she always had us at top of mind. Once we had an accepted offer on a home, she checked in almost daily to help guide us through the buying process, always making sure we understood our options, the documents we were signing and took on a lot of tasks as a liaison between us, the sellers, the inspector, the appraiser, the title company and loan officer. Overall, we put a lot of trust in Chanell, to help us find a home that would work for us, sight unseen in person, and I would trust her to do it again. If we ever find ourselves navigating the Dixon, CA real estate market again, we would not do it without her!

We just closed on our 3rd transaction with Chanell and once again her client focus and dedication was phenomenal. She sold our home in 2018 and helped us purchase a new one that same year. This time she managed the sale of our home as we prepared to relocate our family to Tennessee. In our personal opinion, Chanell is the best in this business. Her business knowledge, trustworthiness and attention to detail are truly one of a kind. She kept us informed during the entire process and most importantly, kept our absolute best interest in mind at all times. My husband made the decision to sell our first home and purchase a new home in the summer of 2018. This was not an easy process in the least, as selling a home and finding a replacement home at the same time can be an extremely stressful process for anyone. However, I am certain that we would not have been successful at either of these transactions without Chanell's expertise and dedication on our side.
